Garys' Pinot Noir Tasting Notes
The 2017 vintage is sultry, seductive and sophisticated on the nose, offering aromas of bright cherry, pipe tobacco and lavender. The palate is silky and vibrant with flavors of barberry, rose hips and baking spices. Assertive yet understated notes of gooseberry and moist earth emphasize the harmony of soil and fruit, creating a tension of flavors and textures working in harmony.
Solomon Hills Pinot Noir Tasting Notes
The 2017 vintage offers floral aromas of strawberry, violet and rose petal with accents of warm cocoa, raspberry and cardamom spice. The palate is sensual and seductive, showing flavors of dried cherries, cranberries and rhubarb underscored with notes of white truffle, damp forest floor and lychee. A velvety texture bestows lingering layers of red cherry and pomegranate through a long, persistent finish.
